NO SHOW POLICY
No show policy If you do not show up to your appointment at all and do not notify me, you will have a $250 balance that you must pay before scheduling your next appointment - your deposit is not included in this balance. If you choose to not pay the balance, you will be fired as a client until the balance is paid. To be clear: if you cancel, you lose your $1oo deposit ($150 for new clients). If you no show, you will lose your $100 deposit AND have an existing balance of $250 that must be paid before rescheduling. effective September 20, 2024
DEPOSIT
Clients must pay $100 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied to balance on the day day of the deposit.
As of May 1st, 2023 the deposit will not be applied to a new appointment if appointment is cancelled or moved to a different day.
As of November 1, 2023, there will be a $50 fee for a Good Faith Exam. The Good Faith Exam will be via telehealth by nurse practitioner, Robyn Luna. The Good Faith Exam is valid for one calendar year. The $50 fee will not be applied to the balance of your visit.
REFUNDS
Clients must pay $100 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied to balance on the day day of the deposit.
If client needs a touch up appointment, the client is responsible for the cost of the addition product.
LATE POLICY
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes than the scheduled appointment time the client’s deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled.
